All sessions meet at the entrance to the Sports Centre.  It's best to be there a couple of minutes early if you can, so we can start on time.

Tuesday, 18.30

The popular casual run.  If you're new to running, and want to get started in a friendly group, this is your ideal opportunity.  Likewise, if you're a more experienced runner, the casual run's a great chance to run AND chat (something we all miss on hard training sessions!).

Sunday, 10.00

This is our cross-country session.  Usually, there will be more than one group leaving, so a number of paces should be catered for.

Wednesday, 16.15

This is our weekly session at the Huntingdon Athletics Track (a real running track!).  This is an ideal opportunity for sprinters to train, but distance runners can also come along and work on their speed.  

Thursday, 17.30

Very similar to the Thursday run, this is a casual run, ideal for beginners, or more experienced runners who are looking for a social session.  What's more, for those who want to, we end in the Charles for a drink and a chat.
